Our Story
Gambit Digital was born from the idea of automating manual CRM consultancy services. It all started with Niels’ master’s thesis on lead scoring, where he explored how to streamline and optimize lead management processes. The goal was clear: turn complex, time-consuming revenue operations into a cost- and time-efficient, data-driven system.
Shortly after, at a business event in Austria, Niels met the guys from HKSolutions, and over the next 12 months we realized our shared vision – advised by Upforge Tech.
Combining his expertise in marketing automation with HKS’ technical know-how, we transformed and improved the thesis mathematical formula into Gambit LMS — a scalable solution that brings automation and predicitiveness to lead management.
Today, Gambit Digital helps businesses move beyond manual processes and align their marketing and sales team efforts.

Niels Rossipaul
My background spans roles as a CRM Consultant, Marketing Team Lead, and professional Poker Player. Through these experiences, I’ve developed the ability to recognize patterns, assess probabilities, and make data-driven decisions — skills that seamlessly translated into revenue operations and designing strategic processes. My master thesis on lead scoring and my CRM experience culminated in Gambit LMS. Nowadays, I aim to be the same person in my professional and personal life.
